Some services are operated by third parties. When you follow a link to another website or platform, that provider's privacy policy also applies to information it collects directly.

Information collected automatically
When you use our website, UNF and its service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and interactions with the site. We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand performance, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from ticketing, merchandise, streaming, social media, event, regulatory, and other service providers; from coaches, managers, gyms, or fighters involved in matchmaking; and from publicly available sources. If you submit another person's information, such as a coach's or manager's contact details, you represent that you are authorized to provide it.

- Respond to questions, media requests, VIP requests, sponsorship inquiries, and other communications.
- Review fighter applications; communicate with fighters, coaches, managers, matchmakers, and officials; plan bouts; confirm eligibility; and support commission licensing, medical clearance, compliance, and fighter safety.
- Facilitate ticketing, merchandise, event admission, customer support, refunds, fraud prevention, and related transactions with service providers.
- Send event announcements, ticket reminders, promotions, and other marketing where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and may opt out of marketing texts by following the instructions provided with the message.

- Protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of UNF, fighters, fans, partners, and others; enforce agreements; prevent misuse; and comply with law, regulation, legal process, and athletic commission requirements.
- Create and use aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information for the purposes described above to:
- Service providers and contractors that support website hosting, forms, cloud storage, communications, analytics, cybersecurity, ticketing, payments, merchandise, broadcasting or streaming, event operations, and professional services.
- Athletic commissions and event personnel, including regulators, physicians or medical personnel, matchmakers, officials, venues, insurers, and other parties that need information for licensing, clearance, safety, compliance, or event operations.
- Fighters and their representatives, including coaches, managers, and gyms, when reasonably necessary for matchmaking, bout coordination, credentialing, or event operations.
- Business and legal recipients in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, subpoena, court order, government request, investigation, legal claim, or protection of rights and safety.
- Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.
UNF does not provide sponsors with customer or fan lists for the sponsors' own direct marketing. Sponsors receive exposure through UNF unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any consent required by law.
5. Tickets, Merchandise, and Third-Party Services
Ticket links on the UNF website direct users to TicketsExpress.net, which processes ticket purchases and payments under its own terms and privacy practices. Merchandise may be offered through UNF's app or another linked platform rather than directly through the UNF website. Streaming, social media, ticketing, merchandise, and other third-party services control the information you submit directly to them. UNF is not responsible for their independent privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
6. Fighter Medical and Licensing Information
Fighter medical, licensing, identity, and eligibility information is treated as sensitive and is used only as reasonably necessary for matchmaking, licensing, medical or regulatory clearance, fighter safety, event operations, legal compliance, and related recordkeeping. Access should be limited to authorized UNF personnel and appropriate service providers, regulators, athletic commissions, medical personnel, or event professionals with a need to know.
UNF is not necessarily a health care provider or a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, we protect fighter health information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity and applicable law. Fighters should not submit medical or identity documents through ordinary email or a general contact form when a designated secure upload method is available.
7. Event Photography, Video, and Public Content
UNF events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded for broadcast, security, archival, promotional, editorial, and social media purposes. Attendees may appear incidentally in crowd or event footage. Fighter names, images, records, bout results, interviews, and other professional or publicly shared information may also appear on UNF's website, broadcasts, event materials, or social channels. Any required permissions or releases are handled through applicable ticket terms, event notices, participant agreements, or separate releases.
8. Cookies and Choices
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect website functionality. You can also use device or platform settings to manage certain analytics or advertising preferences. UNF does not currently state that it sells personal information or shares it with sponsors for their direct marketing. If our practices change in a way that requires an opt-out mechanism, we will update this Policy and provide the legally required choice.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining event and business records, meeting athletic commission or legal requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and protecting safety. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable obligations. Sensitive fighter medical and licensing information should be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for clearance, compliance, safety, and required recordkeeping, then securely deleted or deidentified when no longer needed.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted to UNF has been compromised, contact us promptly using the information below.
11. Children's Privacy
UNF's website and online forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. UNF does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Fighter applications and sensitive document uploads are intended for individuals age 18 or older. If UNF learns that it collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, it will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us.
12. California Privacy Notice
This section supplements the rest of the Policy for California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies only to businesses meeting statutory requirements. To the extent the CCPA applies to UNF, California residents may have rights to know or access, delete, and correct personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
